About the Piece

Originally developed by Swedish candy producer Malaco in the late 1950s, Swedish Fish are arguably the most delicious candy. Fish-shaped and chewy, they come in a variety of flavors and colors—though the original bright red coloring and lingonberry flavoring is the most iconic and widely recognized.

Jonathan’s Swedish Fish measures roughly 6x the size of its edible counterpart. The piece was meticulously sculpted in clay before being cast in resin.
